I attended a DIY event recently with some NYC Fashion Bloggers Meetup Members which was my first ever! I have only DIY’d a necklace before but never clothes. Yall know I can’t sew and stapled these shorts when I wanted to alter them lol.
I grabbed some old black denim jeans from H&M and a red clutch I never wear to DIY.
my thumbs felt like i smashed them in a door afterwards…but i really love my bada$$ looking studded jeans and purse! Thanks to Studsandspikes.com for providing all the studs and spikes!
have you all ever DIY’d something?

Just Like a True Star
great job:) I like the pieces you created:) Unfortunately, I can’t really sew well, so I don’t think DIY’s my cup of tea:)
Anybody can buy, but DIY is always a step forward to creation.
So lovely, Monroe.
FAB job. In time you will be designing more & then you will be attempting some sewing skills!
Love the look
Very Creative! love it!
I’ve done a DIY body chain that I must admit came out pretty well. Loving these studs. Can’t find them in the stores I go to 🙁 May have to order from this site!
They look very cool. I don’t have that kind of patience for a long torture DIY. I like em quick and easy.
