If you know me you know I love a good show stopping summer dress. Dresses are kind of my thing. I even love wearing a good house dress when at home chilling. Dresses make me feel feminine, sexy and beautiful. I attend a lot of events for my job as a full time content creator whether that’s in New York or Miami and because of that, I tend to purchase as well as get gifted a lot of statement dresses. I’m quite glad that we are getting out of the quiet luxury era and back into over the top, you’re going to see me, dresses. There are a few places I’m loving right now for their amazing inventory for summer 2024. There is quite literally something for everyone with this list of online retailers to shop, whether your style is demur or a little more fun. I happen to be gearing up for an epic 40th birthday trip with the girls and a few of these dresses are already packed in my suitcase for the trip. Here are my Top 6 Places to Shop for Dresses this Summer and my favorites dresses from each. It also doesn’t hurt that many of these retailers are currently have incredible sales as well so jump on them before they are over!
SHOPBOP UP 40% OFF SALE (ENDS TOMORROW)
Shopbop is definitely one of my go-to websites for incredible attention grabbing dresses for events. They just had an incredible weekend of events in Miami and I was able to wear 3 amazing dress brands: Farm Rio, Alexis and Rhode. Shopbop is having a 40% Off Sale currently but it ends tomorrow! I’ve linked a few of my favorites above.
Mango has been putting out hits for about a good year now and with this new Victoria Beckham x Mango collection, I’ve been loving all of the resort wear and vacation wear that Mango has been producing. If you watched my latest NYC Shopping Video you would have seen that I purchased this incredible lace skirt from Mango and these sexy sandals in White and Burgundy from the Victoria Beckham collection. What I love about Mango is the price point and amazing quality. They also regularly have sales for most major holidays as well.
Michael Kors is currently having a 25% Off Summer Style Event Sale and I just did a Spring Haul on my YouTube featuring so many cute dresses, sandals and bags! Lot’s of you shopped those pieces and now even more are on sale. I like the quality of Michael Kors pieces and the fact that it’s not fast fashion but still accessible. In addition to their dresses definitely check out these denim sandals and the matching denim bag that are both on sale.
I worked with MyTheresa for all of 2023 and it was an amazing partnership that exposed me to tons of luxury brands as well as new and upcoming designers. A lot of my dresses from MyTheresa were gifted over last year but I’ve spent quite a bit of my own money shopping the website because the shipping is just so good and so are the ease of returns. Of course they are also having an up to 40% Off Sale and I’ve linked a few of my favorite dresses from the sale above. When it comes to luxury pieces, MyTheresa is definitely my first choice and I just got this stunning Pucci dress in from MyTheresa that I will be wearing for my upcoming birthday trip. Farfetch is another one of my favorites for finding luxury and designer dresses on sale. They are currently having an up to 40% off luxury sale and there are so many gems that would be great for vacation or even a wedding! The shipping with Farfetch is also super fast and I love that when something I’ve had on my wish list has sold out everywhere else, I can always find what I’m looking for on Farfetch. Go for this Y/Project Invisible Strap Dress or this Jean Paul Gaultier Jumper Dress.
I have so many dresses from ASOS that I’ve had for years because the quality is amazing but the price is affordable too. Anytime I pull out an archive ASOS dress, I get tons of questions and unfortunately most of those dresses are sold out. So I’ve gone through the website today and picked out a few of my favorites that look way more expensive than they are and that I know will stand the test of time in your wardrobes every Spring and Summer.
