SHOP THE LOOK

One of my favorite past times is shopping. I love finding a good deal whether that’s online at MyTheresa or Farfetch (use my Code: 10Monroe for a discount) or in person. I’ve definitely been shopping a lot more since fashion month really got me excited about trends and more than ready for spring. Watch this video to see what I’ve gotten in new the month. Since making the part time move to Miami last year, I’ve been finding the best places to shop at any price point. So the next time you visit Miami, definitely check out my top 5 places to shop your heart out in Miami! Go ahead and save this post for your next trip to Magic City.

Bal Harbour Shops

Bal Harbour Shops is a great place to shop if you want tranquility and a quick and easy shopping experience. It’s about a 15 minute ride from south beach and it definitely gives luxurious vibes. All of the designer stores from Gucci, to Fendi to The Webster & Intermix can be found there as well as large department stores like Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. It has the only Chanel store on the beach as well. I love it because it’s beautiful and I can always find what I’m looking for. There’s also tons of amazing restaurants from Makoto (my favorite restaurant at the moment) to Le Zoo and Hillstone! They always have some cool art exhibit going on and you’ll probably see a celebrity here as well. Expect to spend the big bucks at Bal Harbour but Saks always has a good sale and so does Intermix. Oh and don’t forget to stop by Alexandre Birman for amazing shoes like these!

Curio at Faena Bazaar

I stumbled across Curio some time in 2020 and I’ve been hooked ever since. This shopping destination is housed in 3 floors of curated goodness, right across the street from uber popular hotel Faena. This place is absolutely stunning and the decor is meticulous. I’m also loving their amazing dressing rooms. Check out this reel I did recently to get a feel for the atmosphere there and what they offer. If you have a difficult time picking out trending pieces you won’t have that issue here because all they offer is what’s popping at the moment. From shoes, to beach wear, to ready to wear, cool accessories and jewelry they have everything! You can spend hours meandering the sprawling 3 floors of amazingness. They also have Morphew Vintage on their ground floor which is an incredible vintage shop where you can find Jean Paul Gaultier, Mugler, Roberto Cavalli and reworked pieces put together by the Morphew brand themselves. My most recent shopping experience at Curio at Faena Bazaar was incredible and I can’t wait to go back. After shopping your heart out you can grab a bite at their in house cafe or head across the street to Faena hotel for lunch near the beach. You can find mid tier brands like Cult Gaia and Stine Goya at Curio at Faena Bazaar.

Lincoln Road Mall

Lincoln Road Mall is a great place to shop if you’re looking to experience a more Art Deco authentic Miami vibe. Lincoln Road Mall is an outdoor walkable street lined with tons of shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a more budget friendly place to shop, this is the place. They have everything from Intermix, to Forever 21, H&M and Zara as well as Jo Malone, Nike and my personal favorite Desigual. They also have a massive Sephora. Oh the weekends they host a flea market with hundreds of vendors selling everything from antique furniture to vintage jewelry. One of my favorite restaurants, Yardbird Southern Table Bar and Grill is just a block away and the perfect place to fuel up before a day of shopping.

Brickell City Center

If you’re staying on the mainland instead of South Beach, Brickell City Center is a great place to shop. It’s actually connected to one of my favorite hotels, East Miami Hotel. So if you want that city feel in Miami with great shopping at your fingertips, stay at East! The mall is filled with designer and affordable shopping. They have one of the best Zara’s in all of Miami as well as a Rebag where you can find preloved designer bags. Their Coach boutique is the stuff of dreams and the customer service is impeccable. Of course they have a Saks Fifth Avenue and even a Chanel Beauty Boutique. For a little shopping fuel head to Chi Restaurant at Brickell City Center or pop down the block to B Bistro & Bakery for an amazing brunch before shopping.

Miami Design District

A shopping trip in Miami isn’t complete unless you visit the Miami Design District. It’s a visual smorgasbord and it’s chalk full of all of your favorite luxury brands from Loewe, to Tom Ford, Gucci, to Louis Vuitton and Dior. Not to mention the first Chanel store outside of the Bal Harbour location just opened there and it’s massive! I love shopping at Miami Design District because these designer stores always get the best merchandise first. I’ve gotten some amazing Fendi pieces in the last few months from their Miami Design District location. The Miami Design District also has great activations like the Dior Cafe and the Fendi Cafe. There’s always an instagrammable moment too. Head to the Baccarat Cafe for a cocktail or the Dior Cafe for a cute coffee moment. Then swing by Swan restaurant for lunch after you’ve shopped to you hearts content. The Miami Design District also offers a few affordable stores like COS and they even have a 260 Sample Sale pop up every few days featuring different designers.

QUICK DAY TRIPS

Not exactly located in Miami Beach per se is Worth Ave in Palm Beach! It’s a stunning walkable road in Palm Beach Island and it’s absolutely stunning. Watch this vlog on my YouTube Channel to get a feel for it. It has amazing architecture, food and shops. It’s worth taking a quick trip on the Brightline High Speed Train from Downtown Miami to Palm Beach. The ride is under an hour and less than $25! It’s the perfect day trip for those who love a little luxury shopping in a more quiet and quaint atmosphere. Worth Avenue has most luxury shops from Bottega Veneta to The Real Real where you can buy preloved luxury goods. Hi Monroe, Is there a reason you do not provide price tags for merchandise that you featured?

      Hi Regina,
I never include prices. This is a blog not a store. You can easily click the links and find out the prices, but thats not the purpose of this website.
