The pleated skirt is back, but did it really ever leave? I have a white heavy linen pleated skirt that I thrifted years ago and it is still in heavy rotation. But nonetheless from haute couture down to your local Forever 21, pleats are showing up everywhere and I for one am down for this trend being upgraded to a style staple. There’s something hella chic about a pleat especially a pleat with an unexpected twist like an asymmetrical hem of an added waist apron. So without further a do here is every pleated skirt to buy this summer. Oh and I posted this skirt (which was $50 cheaper when I bought it 2 weeks ago) and these sandals on my Instastories last week so if you didn’t buy them then, congratulations…you played yourself.
