A month or so ago my good friend and fellow blogger Jen of CommeCoco came up from DC to visit me. We had a fun weekend and during that time we hung out in Soho, one of my favorite area’s in New York City. Soho is always bustling and has fantastic shops. My favorite area is close to Laduree, which has the most amazing macaroons. I like to sit and watch people come and go with their shopping bags down the cobble stone streets. Before heading down town to Soho we hung out in my neighborhood of Sugar Hill Harlem where we brunched at my favorite place Ill Cafe Latte.

We spent the day shopping at Crate and Barrel (I got some awesome new cups for my Nepresso Machine) and I showed Jen and Nigel my new favorite Soho store, And Other Stories (where I got this awesome leather fanny pack). Then we made it over to Laduree for some macaroons. It was an awesome day with awesome friends.
