Vivienne Tam’s SS2015 collection was inspired by the decorative treasures of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The collection pairs feminine silhouettes with strong, structured pieces. There are plenty of A-line shift dresses and mini skirts. I really enjoyed the collection and the simplicity of it. Large prints and 60’s/70’s theme seem to be a huge trend on the runways for the Spring/Summer season. This is the 4 the show to incorporate those decades for inspiration but its certainly made modern.
