MFW: Cividini S/S 2015

The CIVIDINI SS 2015 Collection was based on the inspiration that one shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. That people are always making first impressions buts it only later that you discover the hidden details and features under the surface that often are the primary features.

The collection utilizes a lot of transparent fabrics, showing the layers underneath peeking through. Lovely materials showing themselves through the collection were organza, cotton gauze and linen. I loved the simplistic yet obviously intricate detailing and layering. I also really loved the styling. The makeup was fresh and the hair wet into a twisted piece between the shoulder blade. I also saw a similar style done at the Gabriele Colangelo show as well. So thats how you know this hairstyle will definitely be a “thing” next session.

The colors in the collection were black, white, cobalt, sand, pearl, fire and silver and gold. There’s that black and white trend again that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon. The collection was colorful and fun especially when it came to the footwear.

What do you think about the CIVIDINI SS 2015 Collection?
