So I took a poll the other day on Instastories and it turns out a lot of you are shopping more now that we are on lockdown. Many of you responded that you’re buying way more food and groceries, household items, home decor and furniture. That sounds about right to me. I just bought a ton of home decor items and self care products. I just finished up my bedroom decor update! You can check out what I bought in my latest YouTube Video. Last week I documented how I spent my money every day while in lockdown for a week as well as how I spent my time and it was interesting to see. I’ve definitely been shopping a lot more. I even bought some new shoes for my birthday and after mentioning a sale I shopped in that diary style blog post, I literally got hundreds of DMs asking for the sale details and which sales I’m shopping. Honestly, I was hesitant to report on sales because I know so many people who have be laid off or furloughed from their jobs. I wanted to be sensitive to the situation but after so many questions, I decided to go ahead and spill the tea on the sales. Obviously with everything going on in the world the sales have been abundant and the lowest I’ve ever seen (which is why I think many of us are taking advantage of them if we are able). Of course I’m not saying you have to go out and shop. These are simply the sales that I myself have been shopping and I think are worth checking out.
