Winter Maxi Dress

I really don’t like jeans, other than a good boyfriend jean. I wear my distressed boyfriend jeans all through Winter. I like to still wear dresses and skirts (mostly pencil skirts) during the winter months. I think a great form fitting maxi dress with a killer pair of boots and a leather jacket is the perfect way to stay warm and still show a little skin during the colder months.

I hope all of you had a lovely holiday! I know I did. I really enjoyed the south. One of my favorite things to do is drive around town and listen to music. I got to do a lot of that while visiting home (North Carolina) for Christmas. I also spent a lot of time playing with my darling baby niece. I also ate a lot of really good food. My high school boyfriend and I meet up to catch up at Dame’s Chicken and Waffles in Downtown Durham, NC and the food was AMAZING. What can I say I love chicken and also waffles. I wore this outfit a few weeks ago to a brunch party in NYC and I had a pretty awesome time. It was a night I won’t soon forget.
