the perfect vintage dress

a few weeks ago I decided to make a Saturday of it thrifting in Brooklyn.
hopped off the L-Train at Bedford stop and I was in thrift heaven.
the streets were already packed with vendors selling goods.
literally 3 minutes after stepping off the train I bought this special dress.
a real fashion STEELE at $20!

Dress: Vintage Thrifted | Shoes: Jessica Simpson Dany | Bag: Thrifted from Brooklyn Flea
Bracelet: Solo Bracelet c/o Hateerjewelry.com | Turquoise Ring: Random
i usually dont go for brown but I absolutely fell in love with the chartreuse green paisley print on this dress. I borrowed a belt from this maxi dress and added it for a little more structure. I thought the turquoise ring and bracelet would go well with the brown.
this is my new favorite vintage maxi! check out more of my favorite vintage paisely printed pieces HERE and HERE.
i love it when I find a great deal! I am seriously considering starting an online vintage shop…
decisions decisions.
what was the last item you scored that you were super excited about?

Very cute from head to toe! I recently grabbed a J. Jill silk tunic dress from Good Will…$8!!! It’s currently on sale for $40 on their website. Speaking of which, go for it with the online vintage shop!!! I’m currently building an online consignment boutique myself. 😉

These shoes are beyond awesome. Where did you pick them up? I’d got to get this pair – they’re just the right mix of high fashion and wearability.

Great photography job, and I really like how the red brick compliments the whole ensemble. The color of your dress is very comforting, as are the images as a whole.

The white purse keeps it from being bland – and I love the pop of color (or noncolor, haha).

    Awesome.
