Mac-n-Cheese Spring Rolls and a Fashion Show

Fashion Week is a nonstop week of events and it can be pretty exhausting. I’m falling apart and its only Sunday! I finally got a semi-almost-good nights sleep last night but when I woke up I needed something. I needed comfort food! So my blogger friends and I hit up NYC’s best brunch spot Cafeteria in Chelsea. Cafeteria is known for their Mac-n-Cheese spring rolls. I literally dream about these springs rolls with their delicious gouda cheese dipping sauce and a jar of Cafeteria’s Blackberry Lemonade!

Yes these were as good as they look!
Delicious Lemon Ricotta Pancakes….yummy!
After eating we went shopping for a bit at Loehmanns. I saw the most gorgeous BB Dakota blazer in a green that I fell in love with. Too freaking bad they didn’t have my size. Now I have to go on a mission tomorrow to every store to find it! LOL. After shopping with the girls for a bit I made my way over to a New York Debut Fashion Show by designer Artemiza Cruz/La Vill.
Hush-Fall Winter 2011 collection

She worked with a lot of blacks and golds with touches of sheer fabrics, tulle, wool fringe, velvet and black beading. The show was pretty interesting. She definitely is bringing something new that I havent seen before. My favorite is the huge beaded flower shoulder dress.
My friend Stephanie and I at the show.

Outfit
Top: ASOS
Pants: Eight Sixty via Nordstroms Rack
Shoes: BCBG
Purse: BCBG
Lip: MAC Satin Red
I finally got to wear this awesome cropped jeweled/sequin top that I got from ASOS last week. I ordered it specifically for Fashion Week. Its so glamorous. After the show Stephanie and I headed to Edo Sushi and Grill near Union Square for some delicious sushi. I’m finally home and relaxing. Tomorrow I’m going to go pick up my free Levi’s jeans (via my giftbag from IFB Conference). I also plan to visit Pippin Vintage in Chelsea for the first time. I hear they have a killer vintage jewelry collection and yall know how I feel about jewelry. Don’t worry I will post all about it and my IFB giftbag goodies tomorrow.
Don’t forget to enter my Give-Away HERE!!!!!
Ends tomorrow (Monday Feb 14th at 5pm Eastern Time)
So what are your plans for Valentine’s Day? I plan on thrifting up a storm and perhaps getting a pedicure!
XOXO
