The 5 Books Every Aspiring Entrepreneur Should Read

So I recently became a Full Time Blogger. I’ll spare the details but I’ve been full time blogger for a full 2 weeks now (pats myself on the back). Honestly I never had the courage to take the leap of faith and leave the healthcare field and rely on making a living blogging. I’ve actually had to rely solely on blog income once before, years ago when I was laid off. The anxiety of not having steady income caused me to duck out of entrepreneurship after only a few months and back into the healthcare field where I felt safe and secure. But alas this time I think I’ll give it an honest to God try. Thanks to some of these great reads, I no longer feel so much anxiety about money. I know that every millionaire has at least 7 streams of income and I’m steadily building mine. It’s all about passive income you know. Making money, while doing absolutely nothing is the way to live. Supply the demand by using your knowledge to make money. You’d be surprised to know that people don’t really value things that are free. What people value the most are the things they have to pay for. Go ahead and get your life by listening to The Strangest Secret from Earl Nightingale (which I’m sure helped me manifest this exact moment in my life). I’ve been collecting entrepreneurial books for years and devouring all the pertinent information with the hope to one day put it all to good use and now I am.

I commonly refer back to these books when I need inspiration, entrepreneurial advice or just a swift kick in the ass to work smarter not harder. I have read each one, a few times over and even with all their advice still didn’t have the courage or the faith to leave my job and follow my passions.  The decision was made for me based on the strong principles I have of never settling for less than I am worth. By simply doing that, it forced the door open for me to give entrepreneurship a real shot. It’s OK to be scared. I’ve been terrified for years while knowing with all my heart that blogging was want I was meant to do. I’ve been too comfortable. Making money comes very easily for me but I like lots of it and didn’t want to have to be anxious about when it was coming. We all have our reasons for not listening to that gnawing little voice inside us. The real real is that if this wouldn’t have happened, I don’t even know if I’d ever taken the leap. But whether you want to or not…it will happen if that’s your calling and at least you’ll be ready after reading a few of these books!
