Well, well, well look what season decided to unexpectedly pop up on unassuming New Yorkers this past weekend. This time last week it was a pipping, steaming, humid HOT. I decided to put off switching out my summer clothes because I figured it’d be in the mid 80’s for another few weeks. WRONG. Fall came with a vengeance it seems on Saturday. I was scheduled to head to a backyard Brooklyn get together complete with doubles, sangria and an Insecure soundtrack playing under the strung up twinkle lights. But I seriously had to re-think my outfit when it was barely 68 degrees outside. Thank Goodness that the oversized old man blazer is now a look. Zara always gets me through. If you happened to watch my instastories you saw what I wore and you saw me go through and do my makeup step by step. It was actually pretty fun putting that together and I’ll be sure to do more of it. Make sure you’re following me on The Gram so you don’t miss out.

Alas, Fall is here and I’m actually kind of excited about it. I have all the new Fall gear I’ve been collecting and now I get to put it all together. I kind of feel like a kid opening a slew of gifts. The excitement of a new season and watching all the fashion shows in Paris (but mainly the street style) has me super inspired to try new things with Fall fashion. If you haven’t checked out THIS POST, you need to head on over and get your Fall Wardrobe together. Then THIS POST will give you a heads up on all the Fall Trends. There are indeed a few essentials and basics to get you through this season looking effortlessly chic and that won’t burn all the money in your account. For some reason I’ve really taken a liking to denim and sweaters with a twist. This sweater literally has a twist in the back and it’s one of my best buys recently from ASOS. How about these stirrup denim jeans?!? I saw these on ASOS and had to have them. They are the perfect way to show off a great pair of boots, booties or heels this Fall.
Cool weather I’m ready for you so bring it on.
