there’s something about a good pattern clash that really gets me going. when it’s done just right….the outcome can be unexpected yet somehow it manages to work. the key is to go with a neutral shoe and let everything else fall (or not fall) into place.

GET THE LOOK

i’m really starting to think ALL PLAIDS are considered NEUTRALS. I can’t believe that it’s August and that in just under a month it will be New York Fashion Week again! I can’t wait. It’s my favorite time of year. There are always so many great events and its a time to hang out with all my fashion blogger buddies. It’s really kind of like summer camp or a high school reunion, where we all catch up and bond over cocktails or redbulls or huge coffees (for those early morning shows). I’m getting really excited about it since I will be attending New York Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week this season. I’m sure my feet will hate me come October but September is going to be one hell of a ride!
