My Top 5 Websites for Unique Shoes

One thing that makes me really happy is a new pair of shoes. I don’t know what it is about shoes but finding a unique pair gives me a thrill. Also your body and clothing size may change but for the most part your feet stay the same size. So I feel more comfortable investing in footwear than I do any other accessory. I’ve actually gotten quite a few new pairs of shoes while being in isolation and now that the city is slowly opening back up, I can finally put them to good use. Although I’m pretty skeptical that I will be out walking the streets in 4 inch heels anytime soon its nice to finally get out of the house. I actually wore my new Vince Camuto mules to sit in the park for an hour 2 days ago and it was really nice to feel the sun on my skin. It was my first time going out without a purpose other than to get some fresh air and I definitely needed it for my mental health. Anywho, I often get asked where I like to shop for unique footwear, so I’m listing my Top 5 Websites for Unique shoes and a few of my picks from each sit.

FARFETCH

Farfetch is one of my favorite places to shop for unique shoes. I love Farfetch because it’s made up of hundreds of Boutiques all around the world so the inventory is massive and I can always find what I’m looking for. It’s also a great place to be introduced to new designers. I got these amazing Alexandre Vauthier sandals, these Bottega Veneta Mesh Pumps and these Gia Couture Sandals from Farfetch.

Vestiaire Collective

Vestiaire Collective is one of my favorite places to shop for gently used designer shoes. The shoes are curated from sellers all over the world and I’ve found some gems on the site. I also love checking Vestiaire Collective for shoes that have sold out are from previous seasons. You know the shoes that got away and sold out before you had a chance to purchase. I seem to find them all at Vestiaire Collective. They also offer great discounts for first time purchasers and you’re able to negotiate prices on items. If you’re looking for a great place to sell your gently used designer & luxury items, this is a great website for that as well.

Vince Camuto

People always sleep on Vince Camuto but they have very well made trendy shoes for a fraction of the designer costs. Their shoes are super comfy too with lush padding on the bottoms. I also love that they offer a lot of their more trendy shoes in a variety of different vibrant colors. Vince Camuto has something for everyone whether you’re looking for a comfy flat or a dressier sandal for an evening out. I actually have these caramel colored mules and these pastel yellow sandals. Both are super comfy and true to size and I can’t wait to wear them out.

YOOX

I can spend hours scrolling the hundreds of shoe pages on Yoox. They carry a lot of past seasons footwear that I missed out on and they also have amazing sales especially on their designer footwear. They also have a range of low priced Italian show brands that are amazing quality. Yoox is definitely one of the first places I go when I’m itching for a new pair of discounted designer shoes. I gotten several pairs of my designer shoes for up to 75% off from Yoox. So if you are craving a unique designer shoe, without paying a hefty price tag, start at Yoox first.

& Other Stories

& Other Stories is known for their amazing quality and that goes from their clothing to their shoes. It’s my of my favorite places to shop for denim, beautiful dresses and of course shoes. Their shoes are genuine leather, super comfortable and affordable. They often times have sales as well. I’ve invested in over 5 pairs of & Other Stories sandals and boots over the few years and they all have held up well.
