I turned 30 this year and for not working out too much and eating like a rat I must say I’m in pretty good shape (when just looking). Yes I have the faint outline of a six pack and yes my legs are very toned, but when I went hiking in Italy in September I realized just how OUT OF SHAPE I really am. I seriously almost died..twice and fallen off a cliff. So I’ve made a conscious decision to start exercising (and not just when I’m angry).
During the summer I got these awesome Nike Rosher Run sneakers and I’ve been a sneaker fan ever since. I wear them almost daily for walking around the city for work. They are super comfortable and so easy to clean! Now that I’m a Nike believer I’ve invested in a few pieces from Nike to help motivate me to exercise. JD Sports hooked me up with these awesome Nike leggings! I picked up this Nike Sports bra in Milan when I couldn’t find one in New York to save my life!
Fall is the perfect season for running which is pretty much the only type of exercise I will do, (besides my butt workout regimen lol). It’s not sweltering hot and it’s not freezing cold yet. Currently I like running along Riverside Drive and Riverbank State Park. Since I refuse to ever eat right, I guess I have to do something to stave off an early demise. I’ve also started using anti aging face cream. And there you have it lol.
