NYC Fashion Bloggers Central Park Meet & Greet

Earlier today a few of the fashion bloggers from the
got together at Central Park and had a potluck. Over which we discussed the perils of taking outfit photos, how to get more blog traffic and expand our blogs. Everyone had such great insight and we all had a wonderful time talking about our blog lives, eating and ofcourse taking tons of photos of each other!
We had tons of food and home made apple and peach pie..yes i made the pies! Lol

It’s Jerrica!

Everyone loved Pamela’s Shorts

Preity just looked amazing..true fashionista with JC’s in Central Park!

Pamela, Jen, Preity, Yanil, Nike, Moi, Janique, Candy, Cynthia and Jerrica
American Apparel Headquaters sent all the members an awesome Nylon Spandex Micro-Mesh Tee!.
I love it and can’t wait to wear it. I am pretty addicted to American Apparel see why here, here and here!
They really applaud bloggers and groups like ours and I thought that was amazing!
Make sure to click the names and check out all of these ladies blogs. They are very intersting and unique.
I’ve learned as bloggers we all have similar issues..such as The Mean Commenter, trying to get more views and followers, trying to stay creative, how to get outfit post done, the best camera’s and taking self photos, exposure, balancing work/life and blogging. It’s great to have a base of friends that I can turn to that know exactly where I’m coming from.
If you live in a town without a fashion bloggers meetup I would urge you to start you own. Find other bloggers who share your same passion and help each other out. I’m so sick of seeing bloggers who get huge and forget where and how they got there. I’m all about helping..there is enough to go round!
xoxo

I’m with ya on your last comment. I treat my blog like a business venture and though I love it and it’s sort of a hobby as well, I will NOT support a blogger if they do not in some way support me as well. You guys look like you had such a great time. My erratic schedule has me here, there and everywhere and I hate to commit to something then have to cancel otherwise, I’d be right there with you guys! 🙁
