U.Linx Magnetic Jewelry Launch

I recently attended the U.Linx Magnetic Jewelry Launch in Soho.
It was pretty awesome. We got to create our own bracelets, rings and necklaces with these magnetic beads. The magnets are so strong the beads never fall apart. It was fun creating our own designs. I think it’s a really unique idea. Its super easy to take apart and put together.

I was greeted at the door with a U.Linx tube with beads inside and told I could choose 5 beads from the board to great a design.
There were also delicious watermelon cocktails…YUM!
This is my U.Linx Bracelet that I made. These magnetic beads are so cool. You can come up with tons of different designs. Of course I had to pop into the manicure station and get a quick mani with one of my favorite Essie Nail Polishes!
I meet up at the event with a few of the
We all are showing off our U.Linx Jewelry.
Here are a few of the creations I spotted.
On the way out I picked up a bag of candy…YUM!

I had an awesome time creating different bracelets and rings at this event. I even got to meet Danny, the creator of U.Linx and get the back story on how it was created. He actually came across the magnetic beads at a street vendor in California and the beads were being marketed for arthritis and if worn they help the joints.
I have heard about this because I am a physical therapist. But he loved the concept of it being able to link via the magnets and thought he could turn this into fashion by adding colorful and unique magnetic links or clicks (beads).
It works awesome because you never have to worry about a clasp.
You can change it on a whim and customize the size.
The ultimate charm bracelet!
I love my new set and can’t wait to create more bracelets and maybe a necklace too.
Check out U linx Jewelry and you’ll see what I’m so excited about.
I’ve now created 2 pieces of jewelry in one month! I’m on a roll. Although this was much more simple than my DYI Statment necklace.
What is your favorite piece of jewelry?
Mine is definitely this necklace I am wearing.
Don’t forget to check out my Chanel Lipstick Video and Vote
You can vote daily until May 31st.
Currently I’m in second place.

Cool idea, it will benefit people with other disabilities as well. I am drooling for that slice of watermelon.

My favorite piece(s) of jewelry would have to be any of the rings my mother has given me.

You look great so business chic 🙂
