Bandage

Outfit
Dress: 7 for all Mankind via Loehmanns
Shoes: Nine West
I got this awesome dress as a gift to myself for my birthday. It reminded me of the bandage dresses and I love the detailing. I got this bracelet while at home visiting my mother for my birthday. I paired it with one of my favorite pairs of earrings. See more of my earring collection HERE!
I feel like a vixen in the dress. I actually wore this outfit out to the club a few weeks ago. I went to the club called HK (Hell’s Kitchen). The music was great but it just wasn’t my scene. I have definitely outgrown clubs. I am looking to meet a quality man and I don’t think a club in NYC is where I will meet one. I know its kinda cliche but I moved to New York to find love and live in a city I’ve always wanted to live.
I’ve been here 5 years and still single….and loving it!
Dating in New York is just plain hard. I think it’s mostly because people in around my age are more career oriented to have time for anything else.
What do you all think about the dating scene in your area?

You look so nice! I met my husband when we worked at the same office in NYC. All the guys at clubs are in the worst shape! I’m sure you will find that right guy in the right place where you least expect it!

You look hot in that 74All dress and you always have the best accessories. I know what you mean about clubs/lounges @ a certain age it looses its appeal. Its harder to find quality men in general in the Big Apple, the ratio just isn’t fair. The good ones are either taken or gay.

Glad you are enjoying the single life in NYC.

Great outfit, don’t go to the clubs, but find a high end restaurant to hang out in. It will open the doors to the more cultured groups.
